2. Terms & Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern participation in the draw organised by E-MARKETING TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED under the LAZAM brand (hereinafter "the Organiser"). By entering the draw, the participant accepts these T&Cs in their entirety without reservation.

Article 2 — Description of the draw

LAZAM organises a prize draw for a single prize: a brand-new Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Panda 2026 — Tiffany Dial (reference 126518LN), complete with original box and papers. The draw offers 555 tickets numbered 1 to 555. The draw closes on the date indicated on the Website or when all 555 tickets have been sold, whichever comes first.

Article 2bis — Skill-based competition

To validate their entry, each participant must correctly answer a skill-based question presented during the entry process. Only entries accompanied by a correct answer will be considered valid and eligible for the prize draw. This question ensures compliance with applicable United Kingdom regulations regarding prize competitions.

Article 3 — Entry process and ticket assignment

Each participant is assigned a ticket number entirely at random by a secure computer system. The ticket price corresponds to the assigned number, expressed in pounds sterling (GBP). No ticket is favoured: each number has an identical probability of being assigned to each participant. The assignment is final and cannot be disputed.

Article 4 — Eligibility

Entry is open to any individual aged 18 or over at the date of entry. Participants must ensure the accuracy of the details provided. Employees of E-MARKETING TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, their families, and anyone professionally connected to the organisation of the draw are not eligible. Participants residing in the following countries are not permitted to enter: Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, the Crimea region, North Korea, Myanmar, Belarus, Mali, and Germany. Any entry from these countries will be refunded.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is secured by Stripe. Upon entry, the participant authorises a maximum payment of £555. Once the ticket number is randomly assigned, only the amount corresponding to that number is actually charged. The transaction will appear on the participant's bank statement as "E-MARKETING TECHNOLOGIES". Entry is only confirmed upon receipt and validation of payment by the Organiser. A confirmation email containing order details will be sent to the participant.

Article 6 — Finality of purchases

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, the participant acknowledges and accepts that they will not be entitled to request a refund, regardless of the draw outcome, except in the event of cancellation by the Organiser. The right of withdrawal under distance selling regulations does not apply, as the draw constitutes a leisure services contract with a specific performance date. Entries will be cancelled if a payment is declined or subject to a chargeback.

Article 7 — Entry limit

Each person may purchase up to 10 tickets per draw. Any attempt to exceed this limit will be detected and cancelled. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not comply with this rule.

Article 8 — Draw and winner selection

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries within 14 days of the draw closing date. The draw will be conducted using a certified third-party random number generator. A draw certificate is available upon request. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided upon entry. Each ticket gives an equal chance of winning the prize, regardless of its number.

Article 9 — Prize

The prize is a brand-new Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Panda 2026 — Tiffany Dial (reference 126518LN), complete with original box and papers. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent value at its discretion. The prize is provided "as is" without additional warranty as to its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Delivery timescales are not guaranteed.

Article 10 — Winner obligations

Upon notification, the Organiser will request proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. If the payment method did not legally belong to the winner, proof of authorisation must be provided before the prize is awarded. These documents must be submitted within five (5) days of notification. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize in writing within five (5) days. Delivery arrangements must be agreed within seven (7) days of confirmation. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.

Article 11 — Delivery and costs

The prize will be sent to the postal address provided by the winner. If contact cannot be established or delivery fails despite reasonable attempts, the prize will be deemed forfeited and the Organiser reserves the right to award it to another participant. Winners residing outside the United Kingdom are responsible for all applicable costs: taxes, customs duties, VAT, and shipping fees.

Article 12 — Image rights and promotion

The winner may be invited to participate in promotional activities, including providing photographs or videos, which may be used by the Organiser in marketing and public relations materials across various media channels. The winner consents to this use but may withdraw consent in writing before publication. All materials created in this context become the property of the Organiser.

Article 13 — Liability

The Organiser shall not be liable in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control preventing the proper conduct of the draw. The Organiser does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. The Organiser is not liable for losses where there is no breach of a legal duty, where the loss was not reasonably foreseeable, where the loss was caused by the participant, or where the loss relates to the participant's business. The Organiser is not responsible for incomplete, delayed, damaged, or undelivered entries. In the event of draw cancellation, participants will be fully refunded.

Article 14 — Decisions and remedies

The Organiser's decisions regarding the draw are final. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the draw at any time, in which case all payments will be refunded. If any part of these conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining conditions will continue to apply.
